We opened it. Not wrapped. Zero packing slip or gift note. It seems creepy to me that someone could send something to my 6yo and no one can.
Another item, received a few days later from an FBA seller, likewise had no packing slip. And yesterday, another item from an FBA seller, also.

I order from Amazon a lot and I always get a packing slip.. I've been getting a mix of packing slips/no packing slips and cardboard.
The last thing I got from them the packing slip was half size and was in. My package yesterday (direct from Amazon and not a seller) had a. No big deal in most cases, but if it was a big ticket item, I'd insist on a paper slip.
If you do not want to include the official Amazon packing slip, you could. or, as you ask,you could ship the item alone with no packing slip.
